I had also implemented other strategies to deal with other circumstances such as natural calamities and internal conflicts. It was a challenge for me to manage the entire situation as well as carryi ng out the activities as per the requirement. The errors were rectified and determined with different tools and techniques. The competition of project on time creates a mental pressure which is difficult to deal with (Maylor, 2010). Experiences and Learning The experience improved by skills, knowledge, and capabilities. The most important thing that I learned was how to work in pressure time as well as manage all the processes.
